Process flow

Gas mother station:

The gas source of the CNG refueling mother station comes from the natural gas high-pressure pipe network. After filtration and metering, it enters the dryer for dehydration treatment, and the dried gas enters the compressor through the buffer tank for pressurization. The compressed high-pressure gas is divided into two ways: one way passes through the sequence control panel, enters the gas storage well, and then fills the CNG fuel vehicle with CNG through the dispenser; the other way enters the filling column to fill the CNG tank truck with CNG.

Hydraulic filling station:

After the CNG sub-station trailer arrives at the CNG refueling sub-station, connect the high-pressure liquid inlet hose, high-pressure return liquid hose, control air pipe bundle, and CNG high-pressure gas outlet hose to the skid body of the hydraulic sub-station through a quick connector. After the system is connected, start the hydraulic sub-station skid or when the PLC control system monitors that the hydraulic system pressure is low, the high-pressure hydraulic pump starts to work, and the PLC automatic control system opens the liquid inlet valve and the gas outlet valve of a cylinder to inject the high-pressure liquid medium A steel cylinder to ensure that the gas pressure in the cylinder of the CNG sub-station trailer is maintained at 20-22Mpa. After CNG enters the sub-station skid buffer tank through the gas outlet of the cylinder through the CNG high-pressure gas outlet hose, it is transported to the CNG dispenser through the high-pressure pipe to give CNG fuel. Refuel the car.

Compressed gas substation:

After the CNG sub-station trailer arrives at the CNG refueling sub-station, it is connected to the unloading column through the unloading high-pressure hose. Start the unloading compressor. After the CNG is pressurized by the unloading compressor, it enters the high, medium, and low pressure gas storage well group through the sequence control panel. The CNG in the gas storage well group can be used to refuel the CNG fuel vehicle through the gas dispenser.

Conventional station:

The natural gas of the gas filling station is drawn from the medium-pressure natural gas pipeline network, filtered and measured, and then enters the dryer. After the drying treatment, it enters the compressor after the buffer tank for pressurization. The gas storage well group is filled with natural gas through the priority/sequence control panel. Or it can be directly transported to the dispenser to refill CNG fuel vehicles, or the natural gas in the gas storage well group can be used to refill CNG fuel vehicles through the dispenser.
