CNG station form:

Generally, according to whether there is pipeline natural gas at or near the station area, it can be divided into conventional station, parent station and child station.

Conventional station:

The conventional station is built in a place where the natural gas pipeline can pass, and the gas is directly taken from the natural gas pipeline, and the inlet pressure is 0.4Mpa. After the natural gas is desulfurized and dehydrated, it enters the compressor for compression. After compression, the pressure is 25Mpa. Then enter the vending machine to refill the vehicle. Usually, the conventional air filling volume is between 600-1000Nm3/h (standard cubic per hour).

Mother station:

The parent station takes gas directly from the natural gas line pipeline, and the inlet pressure is 1-1.5Mpa. After desulfurization, dehydration and other processes, it enters the compressor for compression, and then is transported to the substation by tanker with a gas cylinder (25Mpa) to refuel the car , It also has the functions of a conventional station. The mother station is mostly built near the city gate station, and the gas filling capacity of the mother station is between 2500-4000Nm3/h.

Sub-station:

Sub-stations are built in places where there are no natural gas pipelines around gas stations. They are generally built in cities to facilitate vehicle refueling, or in industrial areas in towns and towns where there are no gas pipelines to supply natural gas as energy. The mother station uses compressors to store the natural gas under pressure, and then the 25Mpa compressed natural gas is transported to the sub-station by a special transport vehicle, and the sub-station refills the CNG vehicle. For the sub-stations in the industrial zone, the process flow is introduced: low-pressure or medium-pressure natural gas is pressurized to 20-25Mpa through a compressor, compressed into a special steel cylinder or tube bundle, placed on a skid with a traction mechanism, and transported to the sub-station Station, connect the unloading column and enter the CNG pressure regulating equipment through the unloading system, reduce the high-pressure natural gas to the user's required pressure of 0.2-0.4Mpa through the decompression skid, and then enter the transmission pipeline network to supply the user with natural gas.
